JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Maintenance strategy and plans, in order to ensure the required availability and reliability of installations at the lowest possible cost Improvement of technical staff’s skills and capabilities
- Design Procedures for Responding to Mechanical & Electrical Failure
- Create a Preventative Maintenance Plan
- Gradually Improve the Production Line
- Continuous improvements the equipment and workflow of the production line to improve production capacity, efficiency, reliability, and safety
- Recommend a Yearly Maintenance Budget: an estimate of maintenance costs and manage a budget
- Design, implement and develop planned maintenance system (including an effective and cost-efficient spare parts management)
- Lead the Energy Saving Programs at the sites
- Set up the Maintenance Governance (meetings, deliverables) and KPI’s
- Manage Parts and Equipment Inventories
- Regularly Inspect Equipment
- Keep Records of All Procedures, Maintenance Schedules, Projects & Risk Assessment
- Trouble shooting electrical & Mechanical
