Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Urban Planning/Management/Etc.
- Have the same experience for 3 years 
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager/Supervisor specialized in Real Estate & Properti Management. (Residential Project is a Plus)
- Have a leadership spirit, firm, honest & able to work as a team 
- Have strong leadership and character to face a dynamic work environment
- Able to handle complaints very well and effectively 
- Able to make decisions quickly & accurately 
- Willing to be placed in Transyogi, Cibubur, West Java. (Metland Transyogi)
 
Job Description:
- Project Monitoring
- Create an effective maintenance & security program  
- Responsible for the management and regular maintenance of the estate area, including cleanliness and security of company assets .
- Respond to complaints from residents and coordinate with other parties regarding estate operational management.
- Monitoring and coordinating house construction/renovation for residents after handover.
- Handle estate area activities to be align and comply to the Standard Operation Procedure.
- Monitor the maintenance of public area and social facilities, incl. but not limited to garden, club house, playground, project environment, water channels, etc
- Report to General Manager Residential
