EXIM Staff
Job Description:
- Provide and Process BC 4.0
- Collect Faktur and Combine them with BC 4.0
- Prepare and process Document of PPB-KB
- Issue & proceed custom guarantee (DPIL)
- Collect BC 2.3 from PJT Fedex, DHL, TNT dll and BC 2.7 In
- Report BC 4.0
- Process BC 4.1 Out
- Generate reliable variance analysis through consistent accounting system
- Implement administration & Filing Document
- Report to Supervisor of Customs regularly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Export-Import operations.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and documentation processes.
- Proficient in processing BC 4.0, BC 4.1, BC 2.3, and BC 2.7 In documents.
- Experience in handling PPB-KB documents and customs guarantees (DPIL).
- Familiarity with logistics providers such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, etc.
- Fluency in English (both oral and written)
- Computer literate
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate variance analysis reports.
- Excellent administrative and document filing skills.
PPIC Staff
Job Description:
- Create schedule production planning with Hydra system and consider about delivery time and support to increase production output (reduce downtime)
- Ensure Delivery on time to customer (follow RTD and ETD)
- Update & Communicate production status vs. delivery date to customer / related departement
- Problem Solving (Communicate with Department related to ensure next action plan and delivery plan run smoothly) such as Mold issue, Material issue, handover mold issue, Machine issue, Art.doc issue, etc.
- Coordinate with PPIC Shift and Production shift Head to ensure Plan vs Actual Production, delivery urgent, hold Product, mold repair and Buffer stock status.
- Control Inventory level of Buffer Stock & Monitoring
- Prepare Production Report/Summary
- Review KPI’s regularly, Training and continues improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC).
- Proficiency in production planning systems.
- Strong understanding of delivery schedules (RTD and ETD) and production output optimization.
- Ability to solve production-related issues, including mold, material, machine, and documentation problems.
- Experience coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth production and delivery processes.
- Strong inventory control and monitoring skills.
- Fluency in English (both oral and written)
