THE RESPONSIBILITIES :
Coordinate and manage all logistic and export and import activities based on local and international regulations, practices, and procedure.
Coordinate with sales and production for shipment planning and readiness of the goods.
Coordinate with Supply Chain for the imported materials.
Ensure zero error, zero delays and to maximize productivity and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with Forwarders and related departments to facilitate export and imports shipments.
Complete Customs Clearance and correct shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading) and Customs Declaration.
Prepare export-import reports and documentation.
Monitor inventory and make a report on the finalization of import and export contracts to the Customs.
THE REQUIREMENTS :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation/Logistics or similar field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): export-import regulation, custom clearance, PIB and PEB modules, Invoice, Packing List, COO, B/L, CEISA 4.0, IT Inventory.
Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets is a plus.
Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience booking international freight with companies like APLL and Maersk, and proficiency with their online portal.
Having an Export Import certificate are prefered.
Willing to be placed at Cipeundeuy, Subang.
