Job Description

Factory Supervisor (廠長), A New Bra Lingerie / Underwear Garment Manufacturing Plant in&nbspWest Java, Indonesia&nbsp(Based in&nbspWest Java, Indonesia)

Roles:

• Set up and lead/manage a 500+ employees bra lingerie garment plant in&nbspWest Java, Indonesia.
• Accountable for the P&ampL of the plant operations.
• Support the Production Team to ensure meeting the delivery time, compliance requirements, quality demand of the customers, and within the budgeted cost.
• Maintain a harmonious and effective relationship with the customers, and ensure providing superior service to customers.
• Build and maintain a healthy and effective working relationship with the local Government Authorities.
• Drive business development and fulfill orders on FOB basis.
• Ensure a safe, hygienic, hazardous free and harmonious working environment and relationship with the workforce.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Diploma or above in related discipline&nbsp+ a minimum of&nbsp10&nbspyears or above&nbspexperience&nbspon senior management level with proven experience in leading sizable bra lingerie garment manufacturing operations. Previous experience in factory set up will be advantageous.
• Strategic, strong team leadership and management skills, result oriented, hands on, excellent people management, relationship building and communication skills.
• Skillful/experienced in building lawful and effective Government relations will be advantageous.
• Experienced in business development/business sourcing is a plus.
• Proficiency in&nbspEnglish&nbspand Putonghua&nbspis a prerequisite. Knowledge of&nbspIndonesia language will be advantageous.
• Candidates from Singapore, Malaysia, China, Taiwan and other countries are welcome to apply.
• Willing to&nbspbe based in&nbspIndonesia.
