Job Description:
As a Field Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to our Beauty Advisors across Kalimantan area. This role requires a combination of remote work and frequent business trips to conduct offline training sessions, assessments, and performance evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for Beauty Advisors (Beauty SPG) to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Conduct in-person training sessions and workshops at designated locations, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all training sessions.
- Assess the training needs of Beauty Advisors and customize training materials accordingly.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to Beauty Advisors to help them achieve their sales targets and performance goals.
- Collaborate with regional managers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the performance of Beauty Advisors.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through regular assessments and feedback sessions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product launches, and competitor activities to ensure that training materials are relevant and up-to-date.
- Act as a liaison between the field sales team and the corporate office, providing valuable insights and feedback to improve overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Proven experience in sales training, highly preferable in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Willingness to travel extensively for several targeted area
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
