We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Accounting Manager to join our team with responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial statements.
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage audits, both internal and external, and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Monitor cash flow, manage investments, and optimize financial performance.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial systems and processes for better efficiency.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years in managerial positions
- Experience working in the manufacture industry
- Have strong knowledge in accounting and finance, as well as taxation regulations
- Outstanding in communication and leadership management skills to lead a large finance & accounting team
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Result and detail oriented, with high accuracy & strong analytical skill
- Proactive, full of initiative, high integrity, good leadership & teamwork
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and compliance
- Having an experience using SAP is preferable
- Willing to stay and travel for business purposes
- Primary work location: Subang (West Java) / Surabaya (East Java)
