Job Description:
1. Financial Transactions and Bookkeeping
Record and process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records in the accounting system.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
2. Reconciliation and Reporting
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Assist in preparing financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
3. Budgeting and Expense Management
Monitor and track departmental budgets and expenses.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.
Analyze variances and provide recommendations for cost control.
4. Tax and Regulatory Compliance
Ensure timely submission of tax filings and compliance with tax regulations.
Prepare and maintain documentation required for audits and regulatory inspections.
Stay updated on changes in financial laws and standards.
5. Accounts Payable and Receivable
Process vendor payments and ensure accurate documentation.
Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and follow-ups for payment collection.
Address discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
6. Support Financial Audits
Collaborate with external auditors by providing required documentation and information.
Implement audit recommendations to improve financial processes.
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles (entry-level acceptable for fresh graduates).
Skills
Proficiency in accounting software (MAS ERP) and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of financial principles and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
