Qualifications &amp Experience:

• Minimum education: Associate Degree (D3) in Accounting

• Minimum age: 20 years old

• Gender: Female

• Proficient in accounting software

• Detail-oriented, fast and accurate in data entry

Tasks &amp Responsibilities:

We are urgently looking for 3 Finance Staff to support our finance department in the following areas:

1. Accounts Payable (AP) Support

   • Assist with entering vendor invoices and payment records into the Odoo system in real-time

   • Ensure all payment documentation is complete and accurate

2. Accounts Receivable (AR) Support

   • Input customer invoices and monitor incoming payments in Odoo

   • Help reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances

3. Cashier Support

   • Accurately record daily cash and bank transactions into the system

   • Support petty cash management and ensure all transactions are properly documented
