Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee the financial planning, reporting, and budgeting processes.
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, tax, procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Analyse financial data and present recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor and optimise cash flow and working capital.
- Supervise a team of finance professionals and foster their growth and development.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Implement financial controls and best practices to minimise risk.
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
- Support strategic decision-making with financial insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CA is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP (SAP) systems.
- Excellent analytic, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent English.
