With 182 contemporary and stylishly designed rooms, including Superior, Deluxe, Business Suite, Executive Suite, Honeymoon Suite, and Presidential Suite, as well as comprehensive meeting facilities, the hotel caters to all the needs of its guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenditures to ensure the hotel’s financial performance meets targets.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard the hotel’s financial assets.
- Lead the preparation of the hotel’s budget and financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to track financial performance and assist with budgeting and cost control.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, hotel financial policies, and industry standards.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide senior management with financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Train, mentor, and develop the finance team to maintain high financial management standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Background as a Public Accountant is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, ideally in the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards within the hotel industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and hotel management systems.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
