Front Office Leader
Education: Minimum diploma in Hospitality or Tourism.
Experience: 2+ years in front office roles, with leadership experience preferred.
Language: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English additional language skills are a plus.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to manage and motivate a team.
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and hotel management software (DSI).
Customer Service: Excellent guest service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Leadership: Ability to lead by example, handle conflicts, and manage a high-performing team.
Flexibility: Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Personal Qualities: Professional, detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven.
Can join immediately (Willing to be placed in Ciater, Subang)

- Minggu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Pelamar harus memiliki KTP
- Tanggal mulai kerja: 30 November 2024
- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,000,000 – Rp3,500,000 per bulan
