Handling Check In & Check Out
Handling Complaint & Communicate with our guest, mostly japanese guest
Arrange Transportation for Guest
Any related task for front office staff
Qualification :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Japanese, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Japanese (Min. N4) is a must.
At least 1 Year of working experience as front desk agent is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Customer Service, Front Office, Guest Relation, Concierge, Computer Literacy, Attention to detail, Hospitality Minded
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
Good appearance / professional looking
Able to work in shift
Domicile in the Cikarang area is preferable
