GA Receptionist
Job Description:
Monitor all the cars schedule – communicate with security.
Monitor the employee pick up service including checking the billing on the usage of the employee and staff pick up service.
Make Delivery Note for all wastes removal.
Handle incoming & outgoing phone call Greeting and forwarding guests to the person intended.
Receive documents, Letter, Package from Security, accepting invoices from supplier – make the receipt and forward attended recipients.
Update all the data related to: Extension Numbers Handphones numbers email address of all framas member.
6S Implementation and maintain continues improvement.
Maintain of the confidentiality of information, quality, health, safety & environment at working area in the company
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Management, or similar roles.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Prior work experience in the hospitality industry (especially front office or concierge roles) is a strong advantage.
Good knowledge of office equipment, facilities management, transport logistics, vendor coordination, and basic safety.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Professional, polite, and service-minded personality.
