GA Supervisor
Job Description:
Supervise and ensure optimal performance of the GA team.
Manage and control the schedules of office boys (OB), drivers, and messengers.
Handle the procurement of office and departmental equipment.
Oversee office asset procurement, maintenance, and accurate recording of all office assets.
Manage lease agreements and obtain necessary permits for office-related needs.
Address employee complaints regarding company facilities and infrastructure.
Manage and maintain the company’s operational vehicles.
Ensure timely payment of operational expense bills.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the company’s work areas.
Provide support for company events and activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in General Affairs, Facilities Management, or similar roles.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Experience supervising GA operations, including vehicle, vendor, and asset coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused.
Candidates with hospitality/hotel industry background will be given additional consideration.
