Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Genba Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all processes comply with SOP, quality, health, and hygiene policy standards and improving findings that occur after the Genba process is carried out. Besides that, the Assistant Manager will assist the Head of Genba in increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and maintaining product quality.
Responsibility :
- Assist in planning and implementing periodic inspections in all factories, as well as formulating inspection standards and objectives
- Determine the desired specifications and standards for the process and production results in each factory
- Report periodic findings to the Head of Genba and ensure corrective actions are implemented within a specified time frame to prevent the recurrence of the findings.
- Analyze data as study material for the implementation of applicable work operational standards in the plant
- Ensure that the production process implemented meets the applicable requirements/standard procedures/norms
- Develop standard procedures and policies to be implemented in the manufacturing operational process in accordance with regulations
Qualifications :
- Hold a bachelor / master degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or similar
- Minimum of 4 years experience as Genba, Production, or Quality Control & Assurance in FMCG industry
- Have a certification in lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma will be a plus
- Experience in data analysis will be a plus
- Good communication and analytical thinking skill
- Willing to be placed in Majalengka and travel to other cities in Jawa Barat
