Job Description:
The Genba Manager is responsible for planning and conducting regular inspections (Genba) on production processes in accordance with quality standards, health, and hygiene policies. The position requires identifying areas for improvement, ensuring corrective actions are taken, and fostering continuous improvement in operational excellence across all production sites.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a periodic inspection plan across all plants, formulating inspection standards and objectives.
Define and ensure the specifications and standards for production processes and outputs at each plant are met.
Oversee the timely resolution of findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
Analyze data to assess and apply operational standards across plants.
Interpret research and evaluation data to develop strategies for manufacturing excellence.
Ensure production processes comply with established standards, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or quality control in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and operational excellence principles.
Proven ability to lead and implement process improvements.
Analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Willing to be placed in Majalengka, West Java
