Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities :

1. On duty daily in the morning to open & check remittance deposit envelopes for outlet/counter cashiers for previous day’s transactions taken from the drop box safe.
2. Ensure cashiers’ deposits are the same as the report data from the system & follow up with the cashier concerned if there is a difference
3. Make a written daily General Cashier report containing a summary of cash receipt transactions from all outlets & counters and submit it to the finance manager.
4. Process cash requests from the cashier and carry out reconciliations every week
5. Make a monthly written report on cash Short/Over, and report it to the finance manager
6. Issue Basic Money contracts for cashiers and carry out reviews every month by conducting principal money inspections assisted by the finance/Accounting team.

Requirements :

1. Willing to be placed in Cisarua, Bogor West Java
2. Minimum D-3/S-1 Accounting/Financial Management
3. Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a cashier
4. Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
5. Have good communication & analytical skills
6. Able to operate Systems and Microsoft Office
7. Honest, Loyal and has integrity
8. Proactive, interactive, friendly and persuasive.
