Alila Purnama is one of the most luxurious liveaboard vessels in Asia, offering an unparalleled blend of modern luxury and traditional Indonesian craftsmanship. Handcrafted in the style of a Phinisi, a traditional Indonesian two-masted sailing ship, Alila Purnama provides an intimate and exclusive sailing experience. With just five spacious suites, including a master suite with panoramic views, our guests enjoy the utmost comfort and privacy as they explore the wonders of the Indonesian archipelago.
The yacht is equipped with luxurious amenities, including a spacious lounge, a well-stocked library, and a spa area for onboard indulgence. You will manage all aspects of the kitchen, from menu planning and ingredient sourcing to food preparation and presentation.
Qualification– Proven experience as a Head Chef in luxury hospitality or high-end dining.
– Strong background in both Indonesian and international cuisine.
– Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
– Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a commitment to excellence.
– Willingness to live and work on a sailing yacht for extended periods.
