Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibility:
- Plan the Company’s work HSE program to run well and monitor the program’s implementation continuously.
- Involved and actively preventing the Company’s work accident rate every month.
- Active in socializing findings of unsafe actions or conditions to workers and leaders in the area and providing solutions for improvements made.
- Compile and provide monthly work accident reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Safety, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or related from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HSE in Plantation Company.
- Good knowledge of Safety and Health Management, Operational Safety, Environmental Management, Waste Management, and Safety Operation.
- Have a safety license or certificates or similar Ahli K3 UMUM & SMK3, Fire Safety Certification, BNSP or other related K3 certifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and adaptable
- Willing to be placed in West Java
