Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day HR operations.
2. Handle end-to-end recruitment
3. Process end-to-end Payroll and Compensation & Benefit
4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.
5. Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
6. Oversee facility management and coordinate with internal/external for maintenance and services.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources/Accounting
2. Min. 2 years experience as an HR Generalist
3. Willing to WFO from Tangerang Selatan
4. Able to communicate in English
5. Having PPH 21 knowledge will be prioritized
