This job will lead the HR team in one of my client’s factory located in Bitung area.

Description
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Handling day-to-day HR activities within plant, including but not limited to talent mapping, absency, dispute, and overtime cost report
- Implementation and support towards senior management’s programs within factory area
- Training and coaching, and in the long run possibility of termination
- Managing an up-to-date and detailed database of employees and program implemented within site area
- Managing good relationship with stakeholders within and around the factory
Profile
The requirements for this position are:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Certification within HR is an added value
- Previous experience in manufacturing company
- Domicile in Tangerang area, or willing to be placed in Bitung/ Serang/ Cikupa
- Proven track record in strong industrial relation & dispute management
- Experienced in managing manufacturing workforce, including management of third party and daily workers
- Good negotiation and communication skills
