Job Responsibilities :
Manage all Human Resources and Personnel processes, including Company Regulation, Recruitment, Administration, Training & Development, and ensure its compliance with regulation.
Manage all Industrial Relation activity including maintain good relation with labor union and related government office. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Work with management to ensure that company activity and human resources strategic goals are consistent with legal compliance.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor degree
Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Manager or IR Manager
Able to communicate in English
Strong Knowledge in labor regulation
Strong Leadership, good judgment, good communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using common office software packages such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Preferably experience in Garment factory
Resume should be in English
