Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any field preferably majoring in HR management field,
- Have at least 1 year experience in HR Area / HR Generalist Officer / HR Business Partners,
- Proficient to processed data related Human Resource using Google Workspace
- Have deep analytical thinking, problem solving & decision making skills
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
Job Description:
Recruitment :
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process for supervisor level at branch
- Monitoring end-to-end recruitment process for all level at branch
- Maintenance MPP for each branch in he/she regional
- Analysis of sourcing methods for each branch in he/she regional
- Assisting the employee placement process
People Development :
- Giving recommendation to user for deviation, promotion, and demotion process
- Giving feedback or recommendation to HR Head Office about HR process in regional/branch
- Making talent pool list for employee at branch, and communication to user to guide talent list to promote
- Monitoring orientation program, learning program, and certification program that are running in he/she regional
Others :
- Monitoring for HR Compliance at each branch in he/she regional
- Monitoring report fix asset at branch in he/she regional
- Making daily, weekly, monthly and annually report for Recruitment Manager about HR Process at he/she regional
- Analysis & Communication with user and Recruitment Manager about HR Issue at he/she regional
