Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Basic Requirement:
- Minimum S1 from any major.
- More than 5 years experience as a HR Manager in a corporation
- Strong leadership, teamwork, problem solving and decision making capabilities.
- Strong project management skills ability to lead projects at a network level to influence and obtain buy-in, and then drive execution and achievement of the right results
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience in manufacturing operations is a preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects and strategic plans for the employee program runs and provides effective output
- Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
- Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity of HR team resulting in business improvement, manager effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Prioritize and oversee key projects to help meet target deadlines and achievement expectations.
- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties’ interests
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
- Success in creating and driving effective employee relations, retention and reward programs
- Leveraging, delivering and improving existing training content and resources collaborate with partner teams to anticipate and address emerging needs to further develop functional and managerial skills
- Develop standardized process as it relates to manual work through the creation of SOPs that can be used for best practice sharing across the global organization
- Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives
