5. Proactive, logical, and good communication skills
6. Willing to be placed in feedmill farm (Indramayu West Java)
Job Description:
1. Able to handle end-to-end payroll process (month, daily salaries of farm employees)
2. Able to handle contract PKWT, HR document Site Office
3. Payroll report management prepares and manages daily, monthly payroll report pay slip
4. Handling employee questions and complaints, answer employee inquiries regarding payroll
5. Manage all reimbursement HR documents
6. Able to manage all attendance of employees
