Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Tasks & responsibilities :
- Responsible for talent management including developing staffs capacity to achieve highest levels of performance.
- Support Organization’s Management in developing HRGA systems, recruitment planning, remuneration systems, employee engagement and performance evaluations.
- Supervise General Affairs team in maintaining company asset and ensure the organization permit are in place.
Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor degree with GPA 3.00
- Preferably 3 years experience as Supervisor / Manager in HRGA FMCG Area.
- Strong communication skill.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Deep understanding of labor regulation.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung / Bekasi / Malang.
