Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Supervise, monitor, and review the work activities of HSE staff members by defining goals and tasks, then coordinate them with superiors. 
- Coordinate and conduct external audits to ensure compliance until successful certification.
- Work together with related parties to follow and comply with HSE standards and regulations by coordinating and communicating accordingly.
- Perform regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
- Minimize unsafe conditions and actions in the company by assisting in creating a safe workplace and friendly environment, reducing work-related diseases in accordance with HSE rules and regulations.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees on HSE topics.
- Investigate and complete the process for closing out all accident investigations, analyze and evaluate findings, establish reports, and suggest corrective actions to all related parties.
- Facilitate, monitor, conduct, participate in, and develop countermeasures for internal HSE audits, both as an auditor and an auditee.
- Strategically plan HSE initiatives based on risk identification, followed by audits and execution.
- Perform other tasks as instructed by superiors within the scope of the company.
 
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Environmental Engineering/K3/Management/Technical background
- At least 10 years of working experience in HSE roles 
- HSE Skill or License in AK3 Umum 
- Certified ISO 45001 Auditor is required
- Computer literacy is a must (Microsoft Office)
- Fluency in English is a must (both oral and written)
- Strategic mindset, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
- Commitment to ongoing education and training to keep up with changes in laws, regulations, and best practices in HSE
- Problem-solving & root cause analysis
- Strong communication and training skills
