Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Safety Training / Driving Skill Training/Maintenance Training Materials, cooperate with Leader & Manager
- Working environment condition check before service order
- Working activity control and give warning according to safety guidance
- Daily check for hazardous waste treatment, the use of proper self protective gear
- Give suggestion to fix any condition that can trigger accident or near-miss condition
- File, Standarize, update all Related Materials for similar Projects
- Most of the technical material / advice comes from Manager, Management Quality Specialist, SACHMAN Professionals
- Provide training Materials to drivers via Team Leader
- Prepare Pre-shift Briefing/After-shift Briefing Materials Topics for Leader with certain designed frequency
- Doing general administration and making weekly/monthly report
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
- Having a valid HSE Construction certificate (BNSP)
- Familiar with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and having HSE certified
- Have skill in implementation ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, HSE and another system that are relevant.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Safety, Health, Training
- Computer literate (Ms Office, Power point, Internet)
- Have good communication skill, negotiation, problem solving skills
- Able to work in a team as well as individually
- Able to work on multiple tasks and under pressure
- Hard worker person, energetic, discipline, honest and willing to learn new things and responsible
- Great analytical thinking, creative, detail oriented, leadership and well organized
- Willing to work overtime when required
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Others/Category not available or equivalent.
- Willing to be base at Project Base – all around Indonesia
