About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced HSE Officer to join our team at PT Sodexo Sinergi Indonesia. In this contract-based role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our operations in West Java. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and sustainable work environment for our employees and clients.
What you’ll be doing
Developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
Conducting regular risk assessments and implementing appropriate control measures
Providing training and support to employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices
Investigating and reporting on incidents and accidents, and recommending corrective actions
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential health, safety, and environmental concerns
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to health, safety, and environmental activities
What we’re looking for
Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, safety, or environmental management
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer or similar role in the food industry
Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels
Preferably have a General AK3 certificate, PPU, or other EHS training
Proficiency in using HSE-related software and tools
A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to work
