The HSEQ Manager is in charge of managing Quality Management System and ensuring Health, Safety and Work Environment of the warehouse and goods management.

The client is a leading pharmaceutical ingredients distributor.
Description
- Implement and maintain the company’s HSEQ Policy and quality management system, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Spearhead ISO certification implementation, collaborating with internal and external teams for seamless audits.
- Manage non-conformance reports, proposing corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the export control process, including daily screening and providing expert guidance.
- Manage HS code management, safety data sheet (SDS) maintenance, and supplier evaluation programs.
- Manage the regulatory aspects of sourcing ingredients from traders and build positive relationships with regulatory authorities and industry associations.
- Work collaboratively with production, sales, and marketing teams to guarantee product compliance across the board
Profile
- Understands CDOB processes
- Has in-depth understanding in ISO certification implementation, and has managed principal or external audits.
- Has managed pharmaceutical products – in terms of storage, flow and handling system
- Open to travel.
