About the role
This full-time Human Resource General Affair Manager role at Lozy’ offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic human resources initiatives of a dynamic company. Based in the vibrant city of Tasikmalaya, West Java, you will play a key role in supporting the overall HR function and driving employee engagement within the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
Overseeing the general affairs of the HR department, including policy development, employee onboarding, and management of personnel recordsImplementing and maintaining effective HR processes and systems to ensure efficient and compliant HR operationsPartnering with department heads to understand their workforce needs and provide tailored HR solutionsCoordinating employee relations activities, such as handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance managementSupporting the development and execution of the company’s talent management strategy, including recruitment, training, and career developmentPromoting a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company’s core valuesEnsuring the organisation’s compliance with relevant labour laws and regulationsWhat we’re looking for
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, growing organisationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisationProficient in HR data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of HR metrics and their impact on business performanceFamiliarity with Indonesian labour laws and HR best practicesProven experience in implementing HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and organisational developmentA strategic mindset and the ability to identify and solve complex HR challengesWhat we offer
