About the role
PT Corinthian Industries Indonesia is seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Supervisor to join our team in Majalengka, West Java. This full-time position will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day HR operations to support our growing business.
What you’ll be doing
Manage and oversee all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws and other relevant regulations
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
Conduct employee training and development programs to upskill and retain our talented workforce
Collaborate with departmental managers to understand their staffing needs and provide HR solutions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to foster a positive and productive work environment
What we’re looking for
A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a similar HR Supervisor or HR Manager role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Thorough understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
Proficient in MS Office suite and HR information systems
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead HR initiatives
