Roles and responsibilities:
To assist ICT Manager to:
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
- Repairing or replacing damaged computer hardware.
- Establishing good relationships with all Stakeholder.
- Managing technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Min. bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or system information.
- Have at least 1 year experience in IT/ ICT.
- Good communication skill and team working.
- Understand basic English (written and verbal) skill is a plus.
- Will work in Site Cirebon Office.
- Project based under Third Party Contract.
