-Bachelor’s degree from any discipline Graduate of Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role.

- Review and validate Purchase Requisitions (PR) in accordance with company policies.
- Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.
- Select, and purchase goods, materials and services as per project requirement in a timely, safe and cost-effective manner.
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedule whilst ensuring quality.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Order, Service Order or Contract on timely manner.
- Monitor existing orders’ status and resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services, addressing issues to be highlighted to Supplier and Management.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and documentation.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
