The IE Manager is in charge of overseeing and managing CAPEX projects across multiple plants and regions.

Description
- Oversee and manage CAPEX projects across multiple plants and regions, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, effectiveness, and completion goals.
- Conduct feasibility studies (design, timeline, payback period, staffing, etc.) for new investments and system development.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives in project engineering, following a structured approach (initiating, planning, executing, controlling, closing).
- Spearhead industrial digital transformation projects aligned with company strategy, utilizing the same project management lifecycle.
- Collaborate in developing capital improvement plans focused on reliability, growth, safety, environmental impact, and efficiency.
- Integrate process safety principles into project execution.
- Organize, manage, and control a diverse range of technical and manufacturing operations, including industrial engineering and machining functions.
- Foster strong communication with key stakeholders across operations (Production, Maintenance, Logistics, Sales, HR, and Marketing) to deliver on business objectives.
Profile
- Proven track record of leading projects exceeding 1 billion IDR (local scale) or 50 billion IDR (national scale).
- 3+ years of experience in plant/manufacturing/maintenance management.
- 2+ years of experience as a CAPEX controller.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting 2D mechanical and electrical drawings.
