Job Description:
- Communication with Union
- Handling the Legal & Industrial Relation together with management
- Solve employment problems with applicable company Regulations in coordination with relevant departments
- Developing and administrate company policies and procedures
- Review & evaluate Company Regulation, labor-related policies, and procedures
- Ensure Company Regulation alignment among company operations or strategy
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Law is a must
- Min 3 years experiences in Industrial/employee relation, manufacturing company is preferably
- Proven experience in handling Labour Union, including direct negotiations and discussions
- Strong knowledge of Undang Undang Ketenagakerjaan
- Placement in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi
