Injection Engineer (Production)
Job Description:
- Check and make sure every SOP, WI and every basic standard regulation running in the prod line and also make the continuous improvement if have some issue.
- To make the trial (mold, material, man) for any improvement.
- Check material usage, reject rate report and follow up if something not normal in the report.
- Follow up the mold’s maintenance base on the timeline and schedule.
- Daily communication with related department about the issue.
- Communication about the technical issue to the production team and monitoring the result.
- Daily report to the Superior about the situation.
- Daily collect the OEE report to make the analysis to solve the problem.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3/Polytechnic degree in a technical field
- At least 5-8 years of working experience in the related field (Injection Molding/Plastic Engineering/Production Engineering)
- Understand Injection Molding and Mold (Have experience in Injection Molding company is priority)
- Computer literate
- Experience in hazardous material handling
- Fluent in English (both oral and written) is an advantage
- Knowledge of environmental aspect identification, impact assessment, and control
- Broad understanding of Health & Safety Work Management Systems (K3)
- Fundamental knowledge of safe work practices
