As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for inside sales to direct customers and providing high-level sales support to both the field sales organization and end-users for the LAB division within the Indonesian Sales Organization. Supporting the LAB Sales Product offerings to end users from the quotation phase to closing the sale with minimal Field Sales Representatives’ involvement where support is requested. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting LAB business unit in:
Sales Visit arrangement and supporting to Sales Quotes Follow-Up
Qualified the campaign’s feedback
Register & create opportunities in the CRM-SAP system
Be the main contact for all incoming calls in Sales division
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in all majors
Required language(s): English
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Customer Service, Back Office-Sales is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Calls activities, fast learning & adaptive for the scientific products
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, Back Office-Staff
English language is compulsory
