Responsibilities &amp Tasks

Responsible for Consumer, HCP, and Market Insights. Works closely with OTC Brand Teams in RB Health to ensure outperformance across DACH and Nordics countries.  
Key Tasks…
Ensures the Consumer/HCP is at the heart of all in-market execution decisions made by the business through:
•    Deep understanding of OTC Consumer/HCP needs, insights and behaviors and their translation into clear category strategies, innovation, and marketing communication
•    Improving Consumer connection capabilities and programs that fuel insights for brand and category growth opportunities and expansions
•    Best in class execution of DACH and Nordics Learning Plan for Lead brands and local initiatives
•    Strong interfacing with Global Insights and Data &amp Analytics teams to leverage and contribute to the insights development and sharing of best practices.
•    Championing agile Insights and Analytics for 21st century marketing approaches across DACH and Nordics
•    Thorough monitoring of marketing effectiveness and management of specific OTC KPIs (Consumer/HCP) in collaboration with Brand and Trade Marketing

Candidate Profile
Education
•    Master’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, Management or Businesses Administration, Economics or related Social Sci-ence field

Work experience
•    Minimum 5 years of work experience and at least 2 years client-side in an Insights/Analytics role. Consumer Healthcare experi-ence strongly preferred. 

Technical Skills
•    Significant experience with both qualitative and quantitative state of the art research methodologies from both, design and implementation point of view. 
•    Ability to effectively manage large-scale brand research and budgets including: all shopper research, all local market activa-tion research, deep understanding of sales/consumer panel da-ta, planning of brand innovation / equity projects, consumer closeness, concept/product
•    Track record of setting clear research objectives, action stand-ards and research design which address business objectives

•    Deeply involved, passionate, and ‘hands’ on’ Insights profes-sional
•    Strong commercial understanding and financial acumen
•    Desire to test, learn, and implement new approaches and pro-cesses for 21st century marketing at fast pace
•    Able to manage complex project management and delivery co-ordination.
•    Excellent independent thinking and intellectual agility
•    Problem solver with a high result orientation
•    Excellent communicator capable of building strong working re-lationships internally and externally
•    Highly organized self-starter, self-motivated with drive
•    High level of proactivity, assertiveness, persuasiveness and creativity
•    Good team player

Language Skills
•    Excellent English (able to present and negotiate in English)
•    Working knowledge of German (preferred)
