Job Description
– Technical Support: Provide first-line support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
– Software & Hardware Setup: Install and configure software, systems, and hardware.
– Network & System Maintenance: Assist with basic network issues and perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades. Monitor and maintain servers.
– User Training & Documentation: Educate users on software usage and create records of issues and their resolutions.
– Collaboration with GA Team: Work with the GA team to provide laptops and assist with IT-related tasks that overlap with GA responsibilities.
– IT Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintain and ensure the company’s IT infrastructure runs smoothly, securely, and optimally.
Requirements
– Min Bachelor Degree’s
– 2 Years Experience
– Strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware, software, and networks, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to provide clear support and guidance to users while maintaining a positive and user-focused approach.
– Ensure proper system configuration, perform updates and backups, and follow security protocols to maintain IT infrastructure.
– Networking (TCP/IP, routing (Mikrotik), DNS, firewall, VPN setup, LAN, WAN, and Fit APs).
– Maintain network and infrastructure security protocols.
– Experience with Windows OS and Mac OS.
– Proficient in server installation and troubleshooting (Linux-based).
– Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and cloud services (AWS, Veeam).
