Qualifications & Experience
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with a Diploma or 3 years from a Technical High School in the Power Generation Industry related to the installation and maintenance of vibration instrumentation equipment.
• Proficient command of the English language.
• Knowledgeable regarding safety protocols, operational processes, and facilities within the Power Generation Industry.
• Possesses experience in Overhauling Steam Turbines, specifically in the verification of TSI (Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation) and VMS (Vibration Monitoring System).
• Has practical experience in dismantling and installing vibration sensors, particularly brands such as Bently Nevada and Shinkawa.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrates honesty, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
• Available to join immediately.
• Employment is structured as a 2-month contract.
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Dismantle and troubleshoot vibration instrumentation systems, replacing any defective electronic or mechanical components.
• Install and maintain various types of vibration instruments, including Accelerometers, Velocity Sensors, Proximity Probes, Tachometers, Speed Sensors, among others.
• Perform cleaning, repairing, installing, replacing, and testing of vibration instruments utilizing appropriate testing equipment.
