PT. Cirebon Power Services memberi kesempatan untuk bergabung bersama Instrumentation & Control Technician (Boiler Maintenance) di Cirebon, Jawa Barat.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Details:

• Perform all routine, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance required base on CMMS work order issued by Supervisor and base on mechanical boiler maintenance procedure and instruction.
• Maintain calibration, stroking test and function test of sensors, controllers, records, meters, transmitters, gauges, dampers, actuators and protective relays at Boiler Area as well as standard required.
• Report all significant known operational, design, equipment deficiencies/defects to Boiler Supervisor and record it into hard copy work order
• Report all significant known operational, design, equipment deficiencies/defects to Supervisor.
• Perform periodic maintenance inspections to identify and report status of equipment and system deficiencies
• During mobilization period, take part in commissioning test and record it into database.
• Conduct of maintenance daily work with refer to Permit To Work (PTW) and company safety &amp environment rule implementation.

Equipment to be covered:

As I&ampC equipments within Boiler area including:

• Mail Boiler (Tubing, Burner, Furnace, Sootbloower system, etc)
• Boiler Auxiliary system content with following system:
  &nbsp &nbsp – Fuel/coal system (Silo, Feeder and Pulverize)
  &nbsp &nbsp – Air transport system (FD fan, PA Fan, Scanner Blower, etc)
  &nbsp &nbsp – Flue gas system (Air Heater, ESP, ID Fan, Chimney).
• Bottom ash transport (Economizer, pyrite hopper, SCF + its accessories) and Fly Transport System
• Auxiliary Boiler package, included fuel oil system
• Coal Handling System (Ship Unloader, Conveyor system, Stacker-Reclaimer, Crusher, etc)

Requirements :

• Holding Diploma Degree (D3) or Senior Technical High School majoring in Instrumentation or Electrical engineering graduated from accredited college or university.
• Having one years more working experiences as Instrument &amp Control and Fresh Graduate are welcome.
• Knowledge of power plant operation and maintenance.
• Understanding of planning, scheduling, reporting and analysis in maintenance work
• Understanding maintenance procedure refer to O&ampM manuals
