Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure availability of instrumentation systems to meet planned production targets
- Enforce implementation and compliance to standard operating procedures, ISO standards and best maintenance practices in most economic and safest
- Ensure functioning of instruments used for calibration and measurement
- Responsible for the review of critical activities at Polyester Plants and interaction of Polymer operation
- Improve reliability of instrument and control system and upgrade time to time to sustain it
- Work on digitalization and improve the over all function of plant and department
- Annual budget planning, CAPEX planning and executing of the projects
- Focus of spare parts management and ensure that plant operation does not get affected due to non-availability of spares
- Leading people, imparting them training, encourage for LSS projects, ensure 5S and safety
- Focus on cost savings with the help of vendor development, energy saving schemes and repairing
