Job Responsibilities:
Monitor sales performance and SKU mix
Conduct store profiling, competitor activity analysis, and review competitor trading terms
Manage planogram and display execution in the field
Job Requirements:
Final year students and Fresh Graduate with a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or or any related fields are welcome to apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams and retail partners
Capable of identifying execution gaps and providing actionable feedback
Skilled in monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Familiarity with digital reporting systems or field monitoring apps is a plus
Able to set up a PJP
Contract duration: 6 months
Placement: Bandung Timur, Bandung Barat, Cirebon, Subang, Sukabumi, Tasikmalaya, Cirebon
