Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance our inventory management procedures and policies.
- Analyze relevant inventory metrics and provide recommendations on optimal sourcing and inventory levels.
- Prepare and deliver monthly inventory reports to the Finance & Accounting department.
- Provide daily inventory management reports to ensure real-time visibility of stock levels.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports regarding inventory as required.
- Lead semi-annual inventory counts, including reconciliation and adjustments.
- Perform other inventory control functions based on management’s ad-hoc demands.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management or supply chain consulting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in supply chain procedures such as purchasing, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated expertise in Demand Planning, MRP, MRPII, and MPS systems.
- Deep understanding of the metal commodity business, preferably in the steel industry.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with proficiency in Mandarin being a plus.
- Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (SAP), and Data Analytics tools (PowerBI or Tableau).
