Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, other equipment
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Install and configure switches and routers to ensure optimal network performance
- Providing direct/indirect user assistance and technical support
- Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Having Minimum 2 years experiences at the same position.
- Having experience with ERP such as SAP Bussiness One
- Having experience with coding
- Good Communication skill
- Having good technical, logical thought process
- Having an Ability to stick to strict deadlines
- An ability to prioritize
- A keen eye for detail
