Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Bachelor degree from any major.
- Have working experience as Key Account Supervisor at FMCG company minimum 3 years.
- Have good relation with key account channel.
- Expertise in using Microsoft tools.
- Strong in data analytical
- Responsible to completing monthly sales target each outlet and brand
- Communicating and negotiating with Key Account
- Establish solid working relationships with key players in target markets, aimed at developing and growing long term contract business and building company brand awareness.
- Responsible to control the promo activities at the outlet according to the plan.
- Responsible to implementing displays and merchandising
- Monitor and report on competitors activity
- Ensuring the growth of existing business and generating new opportunities to increase market share
- Make reports on the progress of sales, distribution and promotions
- Handle feedback from Key Accounts, distributor and outlet
