Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description: 
- Oversee and manage litigation related to land disputes, including property rights, zoning issues, land use conflicts, and real estate transactions.
- Evaluate the legal and financial risks associated with land litigation cases and advise management on potential outcomes and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all litigation practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, particularly those related to land and real estat
- Oversee the preparation, review, and filing of all necessary legal documents related to land litigation, ensuring accuracy and timeline
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including property owners, developers, counsels, government agencies, and regulatory bodies, to address land-related legal issues.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies, monitoring land asset
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of land litigation cases, including key developments, risks, and strategies.
Job Requirements: 
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in land litigation, real estate law, or a related field, with at least 3 years in management role.
- Proficient in legal research, writing, and case management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Subang, Jawa Barat
