About the Job
As a Lead Consultant at a Xiaomi Authorized Store, you’ll be responsible for working closely with business partners to drive key initiatives and achieve shared goals, including leading the store team, boosting sales performance, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and managing daily operations and inventory.
What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborate closely with business partners to jointly drive initiatives and achieve shared goals
Manage store operations and achieve sales targets
Lead the team and ensure excellent customer service
Oversee inventory and visual merchandising
Ensure SOP compliance
Analyze sales data and implement growth strategies
Who We’re Looking For
An experienced professional with a background in retail or a related industry, having held roles such as Store Manager, Store Leader, Store Supervisor, Operation Manager, etc
Ability to communicate in English
